La Cité du Cinéma brings together family animation and horror films for Halloween. Its new large screening room is hosting a selection of five films, from Shaun the Sheep to David Cronenberg’s creatures, with a 17-meter screen, 4K projection and a Dolby sound system.
Shaun the Sheep: The Beast of Halloween, directed by Steve Cox and Matthew Walker, provides family fare. The program then shifts gears with Kane Parsons’ Backrooms, Zach Cregger’s Resident Evil and Curry Barker’s Obsession. Fantasy fans can also catch The Fly, David Cronenberg’s film starring Jeff Goldblum and Geena Davis.
