Passionate about the theater and future stars of the stage, mark your calendar! Théâtre Mogador is opening its doors in celebration of the 40th edition of the Heritage Days, taking place this year on September 16 and 17, 2023. All day Saturday, September 16, this iconic Parisian venue welcomes visitors of all ages for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look... A visit you simply can't miss!
The Mogador Theatre was built in 1913 and officially opened in 1919, in the presence of former U.S. President Woodrow Wilson and his successor, Franklin D. Roosevelt. Inspired by London's famed Palladium music hall, this Parisian venue was among the largest theaters in the city at the time.
Russian ballets, musicals, concerts, official ceremonies, operettas... The Mogador Theatre has hosted world-renowned artists and quickly established itself as a must-visit venue in the entertainment world. It’s also where a young Sting launched his solo career!
Completely renovated in 2006, the theater has regained its former splendor and now hosts not only a variety of performances but also a curious collection of contemporary art. For the Heritage Days 2023, Mogador opens its doors to invite visitors behind the scenes of this legendary theater.
