Every year in mid-September, hundreds of thousands of curious people come together to find out what lies behind our Parisian landmarks, to discover secret places in the capital, to get a behind-the-scenes look at historic monuments... Yes, the 40th Journées du Patrimoine (Heritage Days ) await you all over France, but especially in Paris and the Île-de-France region, on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th September 2023. So, this is your chance to take some unusual tours, with your family or not, to discover the most beautiful churches in the Paris region, to explore some of the ministries... and to discover, in short, some of the places that only open on this occasion.

In Seine-Saint-Denis, the Paris suburb of Le Pré-Saint-Gervais(just above the 19th arrondissement) is the closest suburban town to the center of Paris, but also the smallest commune in the 93. Once considered a dependency of the town of Pantin, some of its neighborhoods have retained a village atmosphere that is much appreciated by local residents.
