The Journées du Patrimoine (Heritage Days ) are held every year on the third weekend in September. Heritage Days 2025 at Atelier Livrasphere in Nemours
The workshop opens its doors for the first time during the European Heritage Days, to showcase rare skills: bookbinding, leather gilding and book restoration.
You'll be able to discover explanations of my craft, traditional tools, and an exhibition of my books and students' books. You'll be able to ask any questions you may have about the bookbinder's trade, studies and diplomas, what a typical day in bookbinding is like, and above all, discover the beautiful books we work on.
