In Paris, the Alain Ducasse Chocolate Manufactures invite us to join them on September 19 and 20, 2026 for Heritage Days. On this occasion, the manufacture opens its doors to the curious and to chocoholics! On the program, special tours that will plunge you into the heart of artisanal, gourmet craftsmanship.

For over a decade, multi-starred chef Alain Ducasse has made it his mission to introduce fine palates to the original taste of quality raw produce, prepared in his various Parisian factories.

He opened his chocolate factory in 2013, followed by his coffee factory in 2019, his ice cream factory in 2021 and his cookie factory. Enough to satisfy every craving and delight every palate!

Heritage Days 2026 are taking place this year on Saturday, September 19, and Sunday, September 20. It's a can't-miss opportunity to discover the Alain Ducasse Chocolate Factory, which is once again taking part in this eagerly awaited event for visitors of all ages.

Thus, on September 19 and 20, 2026, chocolate lovers are expected at the Chocolat Alain Ducasse - Manufacture des Grands Champs, but also at the Chocolat Alain Ducasse - Manufacture de la Roquette, for 100% chocolate tours of the sites. A way to understand the transformations that turn cacao beans into the brown gold we love so much.

  • Visit to the Grands-Champs Factory — Alain Ducasse Chocolate & Ice Cream

    On the occasion of European Heritage Days, Alain Ducasse’s Chocolate and Ice Cream opens the doors to its Chocolate Factory once again for the weekend of September 20 and 21. Enjoy an exclusive tour, guided by our master chocolatiers and ice-cream makers.

    A rare immersion into their craft, set in a remarkable venue that opened in September 2023. Each day, the artistry of the workshop comes alive at the Manufacture on Rue des Grands Champs, in Paris’s 20th arrondissement. From cacao beans to chocolate, including roasting and conching, discover the secrets behind a chocolate with an intense, distinctive flavor.

    And the experience doesn’t stop there: step into the manufacturing of our ice creams and be surprised by techniques inspired by cooking and pastry, crafted to achieve the perfect balance of flavors.

    At the end of the visit, you’ll find all of our creations at the adjoining counter.

    For European Heritage Days, Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse is opening the doors of its Chocolate Factory for the very first time, during the weekend of September 20 and 21. Enjoy an exclusive tour guided by our master chocolatiers.

    A unique chance to discover their craft in an exceptional setting, inaugurated in 2013. The magic of artisanal work unfolds daily at the Factory on Rue de la Roquette in Paris’s 11th arrondissement: from cacao bean to chocolate, including roasting and conching, uncover the secret to a chocolate with a precise, memorable flavor.

    At the end of the visit, explore all our creations at the nearby counter.
