The Journées du Patrimoine will be held this weekend, September 20 and 21, 2025, in Paris and the Île-de-France region. To mark the occasion, a number of media groups are exceptionally opening the doors of their editorial offices to give you a behind-the-scenes look at the world of the press! Newspapers, radio stations, television channels, magazines: the major titles will be sharing their world with you.

It's an event we look forward to every year. The Journées du Patrimoine (Heritage Days) is thecultural event of the autumn, offering a wide range of free , never-before-seen visits all over Europe. And as you'd expect, in Paris and the Île-de-France region, the program promises to be packed!

This weekend, Saturday September 20 and Sunday September 21, 2025, museums, monuments, castles and other normally inaccessible sites will be opening their doors to let you discover the treasures of the Paris region 's heritage in a whole new light. You won't want to miss this!
