While Paris, Hauts-de-Seine and Val-de-Marne were placed on yellow fire alert this Monday, June 12, Météo des forêts has extended its alert level to three other departments in the Paris region.
Due to weather conditions, Paris, Hauts-de-Seine, Val-de-Marne, Seine-Saint-Denis, Yvelines and Essonne have been placed on yellow alert for today, Tuesday June 13, 2023. For the day of June 14, all Île-de-France departments should be affected by this yellow vigilance.

When the alert level is yellow, then " the risk of fires may be locally high ", says the Météo des Forêts website, adding that " weather conditions do not significantly increase the risk of forest and vegetation fires starting and spreading, compared with normal summer conditions ".
