The Champs-Élysées will be completely closed from 6 a.m., after a night of exaltation on the avenue. A Silt (Sécurité intérieure et lutte contre le terrorisme) perimeter will be activated around the Étoile, bounded to the south by Cours la Reine and Rue François-Ier, to the east by Place de la Concorde, and to the north by Rue Beaujon, Rue de Ponthieu and Rue de Penthièvre. There will be no access for pedestrians or cyclists, except for local residents. The parade, scheduled for 5 p.m., will run until 6 p.m. from the Champs-Elysées traffic circle to the Arc de Triomphe.
Within the security perimeter, vehicular traffic is prohibited from Saturday: from midday for the upper part of the avenue and 6pm for the lower part. Parking has been prohibited since Friday morning on the entire avenue and adjacent streets. Infrastructure installation must be completed by 2 p.m. to allow the spectator boxes to open at 2.30 p.m. Access to these areas, designed to accommodate up to 110,000 people, will be via five streets to the south of the avenue.

All establishments open to the public within the perimeter must close at 7pm on Saturday until midnight on Sunday. An exception will be made for restaurants with advance reservations, located in a zone bounded by boulevard Malesherbes, place de la Concorde, rue de Penthièvre and the lower Champs-Élysées. Hotels are not affected by these restrictions.
