Schoolchildren in Paris will soon have their own Pass Ados, a scheme devised by the Assemblée citoyenne des enfants for 11-12 year-olds, promising "stylish" activities to help them discover the capital in a different way at weekends and during the vacations.

The Paris City Council recently hosted a Children's Citizens' Assembly, to give children a voice. On Wednesday, July 2, 2025, they proposed the creation of a Pass Ados, a new form of assistance for the very young, in addition to the Pass Jeunes available to 14-25 year-olds. This new scheme, the details of which are still unclear, will this time be aimed at the very youngest middle-school students when they enter secondary school, i.e. at around 11-12 years of age.

According to Actu Paris, this pass can be used during school vacations and weekends only, to keep children busy and help them discover the capital, with activities that the assembly wanted tobe "stylish". Instead of boring outings, the aim is to have fun, with"bowling, cinema, concerts and swimming pools" on the program. All that's left to do is wait for the details, which could resemble those of the Pass Jeunes, with coupons for free or reduced-price tickets.

As a reminder, the Children's Citizens' Assembly is a forum for debate and discussionfor Parisian children. Their mission is to reflect on issues that concern them as children in the city, and to make proposals to the Paris Council. The Assembly is renewed every year, with schoolchildren from different arrondissements taking part for a one-year term.
