Yes, the Nuit des Musées is a not-to-be-missed event in the Parisian calendar, offering a fine program of visits, often free of charge, and usually accompanied by unusual events including concerts, workshops, performances and other surprises.

As a reminder, the Conciergerie was a prison, the historic prison of Paris built in the 6th century. From the Middle Ages to the Renaissance and the Revolution, the building has seen many personalities pass through its doors. Marie-Antoinette ended her days there, Robespierre awaited trial... and even today, the Conciergerie retains traces of its history and attracts visitors eager to discover its secrets, while offering fascinating temporary exhibitions.

Last chance to experience the night-time exhibition this weekend! Don't miss the opportunity to explore "Journey through Stones and Light" by artist Ahmet Ertuğ. Located in the Gens d'Armes hall of the Conciergerie, rediscover stunning French and Italian architectural masterpieces through a curated selection of photographs highlighting these iconic monuments.

Performance
The team from L'Envolée Cirque invites you on a sensory, dynamic, and contemplative journey through the Conciergerie. Led by five circus artists and a musician, wander through a series of immersive stations and view the monument from a fresh perspective. From aerial acrobatics and Chinese pole to optical juggling, each discipline will animate the space with flowing bodies and visual and tactile installations. A musical thread will weave these performances into a suspended ballet, defying gravity!
Reservation for this event is required.
You can attend the performance by booking one of two time slots: 7 pm or 9:30 pm.
