For Museums' Night 2025, we're off to enjoy the collections and events at the Safran Aerospace Museum. This unusual venue is pulling out all the stops to offer us a wonderful free evening on Saturday, May 17, 2025.
Children and parents alike can marvel at this unique collection of over 100aircraft, rocket andhelicopter engines, most of which have been restored by theAssociation des Amis du Musée Safran (aircraft engines) or by SEP alumni (rocket engines).
The museum rooms feature theMessier 1925 automobile (the first car equipped with oleopneumatic suspension), the gas-powered motorcycle (Gnome & Rhône D3 from 1929), the "Mirage III C" airplane and the "Alouette II"helicopter, as well as Gnome & Rhône motorcycles (military D5 and E), aircraft, space equipment and numerous machines that trace the history of aerospace.
