Fête de la musique 2025 at the Élysée in Paris: the program

As every year, the French are getting ready to take to the streets to celebrate music with joy and good humor. For more than 40 years now, this popular and festive event has provided amateur musicians with an opportunity to express themselves, play on a real stage and make themselves known to the greatest number of people.

So there's no shortage of good music on June 21 in Paris and the Île-de-France region. Thanks to a rich and eclectic program, music lovers can choose between rock concerts in one of the capital's legendary venues, an electro open air in a trendy venue or classical music in the Marais district. But several other events are not to be missed, such as this evening at the Élysée, specially proposed for the Fête de la musique, and accessible by reservation.

This year, the Élysée Palace is breaking with tradition... The Fête de la Musique will be held there on Friday June 20, 2025, rather than on the 21st, to allow everyone to enjoy the grand closing concert of France Music Week, scheduled for the following day in the Tuileries Gardens.

Against this backdrop, the Cour d'Honneur of the Élysée Palace will once again vibrate to the rhythm of open-air concerts, in a festive and inclusive atmosphere. Having welcomed Cerrone, Jean-Michel Jarre, Charlie Winston, Ofenbach and Gilbert Montagné in previous editions, Emmanuel Macron is inviting an eclectic line-up once again this year. This legendary institution, located in the capital's 8th arrondissement, has been the headquarters of the French presidency and the official residence of the head of state since the Second Republic.

On the program for this 2025 edition of the Fête de la musique at L'Élysée? A concert by a "Banda" from Condom (Band'a'part), the famous brass and percussion group from the Gers (South-West France), the legendary West Indian group Kassav', the sacred monster of zouk, not forgetting world-renowned French DJ The Avener.

• 8pm: concert by Band'a'part (a "Banda" from Condom (Gers))

The event, to be held on Friday June 20 from 6:30 p.m., is free of charge, but registration is required. So don't forget to reserve your tickets from Monday June 16 at 1pm on the official website.
