On the esplanade of Quai Saint-Bernard, the Fête de la Musique 2026 channels the feel of an open-air riverside soirée. With a mix of Latin-urban rhythms, a stroll along the quays, and Parisian touches, this stop invites you to enjoy the music with your feet almost in the water this Sunday, June 21, 2026.

Sometimes all it takes to change the mood of a neighborhood is a quay, a bit of music and a curious crowd. For the Fête de la Musique 2026, the esplanade of the quai Saint-Bernard, in the 5e arrondissement de Paris, will host a program in latino-urban flavors, to be revealed below.

Created in 1982 by the Ministry of Culture, the Fête de la Musique shines a light on music in all its forms, with free concerts by both amateur and professional musicians. In 2026, it will be held on Sunday, June 21, 2026.

Here, the event unfolds in a quintessentially Parisian setting: the banks of the Seine, passersby, dancers, strollers, and that early-summer atmosphere that makes you want to stay outside a little longer. The esplanade of Quai Saint-Bernard sits within the jardin Tino-Rossi, a riverside promenade along the Seine, opposite the Institut du monde arabe.

The site also carries an artistic dimension. Since 1980, it has housed the Outdoor Sculpture Museum, where contemporary works punctuate the stroll. It’s not just a passageway: it’s a place to encounter art, take in views of Paris, pause by the water, and, regularly, catch dance or music performances.
