  • FABIEN LÉAUSTIC / HELLO WORLD
From Saturday, June 6, 2026 to Sunday, June 7, 2026: Saturday from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

    Installation.
With Hello World, Fabien Léaustic offers a luminous installation that appears simple at first glance but is rich in meaning. The piece displays the message “HELLO WORLD” in large letters, a well-known refrain in the computer world. For decades, this phrase has served as the first test to verify that a program runs. It thus marks entry into the realm of digital technology.
But a detail unsettles this certainty: one of the “O”s begins to blink. The blink is not random. It follows a precise rhythm, inspired by Morse code, translating the entire latest IPCC report into light.
The message shifts. The original “HELLO WORLD” can be read differently: “HELL WORLD” (“hell on earth”). This almost imperceptible visual flip reveals a deep disconnect between two realities. On one side, a technocratic, often optimistic discourse oriented toward innovation and progress. On the other, the repeated warnings from scientists about the planet and the consequences of warming.
By translating a scientific report into light signals, the work highlights a real difficulty: making this information understandable and resonant for the general public. Morse, a code few people can decipher today, becomes a metaphor for this distance. The data exist, they are precise, but they remain hard to hear, hard to fully grasp.
Presented in public space and especially within the Nuit Blanche context, the installation plays with light and darkness. Visible from afar, it first attracts with its familiar, graphic look. Then, as the audience approaches, a second, more troubling reading emerges. The piece acts as a signal: both aesthetically striking and critically pointed, immediate yet profound.
With Hello World, Fabien Léaustic does not seek to provide answers but to open a space for reflection. He invites each of us to recognize the gap between what we know — thanks to scientific work — and what we actually do. Between a welcoming message and a warning signal, the installation confronts us with a simple yet essential question: what world are we building?

In the 8th arrondissement town hall:

  • Town Hall of the 8th arrondissement / Between shadow and light: a recital for soprano voice and piano
Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

    Music
In the auditorium of the City Hall of the 8th arrondissement, this recital offers a sensitive musical journey, at the crossroads of night and light.
Designed as a breath at the heart of Nuit Blanche, the program explores the contrasting states of the soul — between dream and wakefulness, surrender and drive, contemplation and inward fever.
Fueled by the refined colors of French melody and the expressive intensity of the German lied, the works of Gabriel Fauré, Francis Poulenc, Claude Debussy, Franz Schubert, Maurice Ravel and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart sketch an emotional landscape in chiaroscuro. The soprano voice and the piano engage in a subtle dialogue, revealing suspended moments to the listener.
From “Après un rêve” to “Nuit d’étoiles,” from the ardor of love in “Les chemins de l’amour” to the inner torments of “Gretchen am Spinnrade,” up to the luminous lightness of Ravel’s Greek Mélodies, the program invites an immersive experience accessible to all audiences.
    Program:
    -Après un rêve - Fauré
-Les chemins de l'amour - Poulenc
-Au bord de l'eau - Fauré
-Deh vieni non tardar (Susanna) - The Marriage of Figaro - Mozart
    -Nuit d'étoiles - Debussy
    -Gretchen am Spinnrade - Schubert
-Extrait des 5 mélodies grecques - Ravel (Tout gai)

  • ÉLISE DABROWSKI & SÉBASTIEN BÉRANGER (CIE DIƒƒƒUSION) / Of Noise and Fury
    Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 7:00 p.m. to midnight.

    Music
The duo formed by Elise Dabrowski and Sébastien Béranger marks its 10th anniversary in 2025. To celebrate, the two artists are developing a new project built around madness, fragmentation, a exuberant and jubilant sonic schizophrénia. The language is fractured, laid bare, unveiled, pulled apart and offered, scattered through air and space (electroacoustic). Through meticulous deconstruction, it finds its purpose and its renewal. This “duet in two” — voice, electronics, and (meta)cello — is a celebration of the present moment. Its nature, like that of music in general, is fundamentally fleeting; reality resides in performance, immediacy, its bond with the listener and the live concert. It’s an exchange-driven experience based on crossing paths, experiments, surprise, and shared pleasure, where everyone becomes the other’s interpreter. The fusion of voice and electronics — from the most insolent noise to the most sublime singing — always signifies something beyond itself, evoking a broad spectrum of associations: cultural, musical, everyday, emotional, psychological, and more. The tension between acoustic instrumental sound and the computer’s acousmatic texture likewise expands the sonic palette toward unheard worlds.

  • City Hall of the 14th arrondissement / Music for a While
    Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 8:00 p.m. to midnight.

    Music
Eleonore Lemaire divides her activity between the European contemporary opera stage and personal projects centered on breaking down barriers and hybridization. She founded Renversements in 2022 to produce a variety of lyrical projects, wearing at different times the hats of director, librettist, scenographer or composer, depending on the collaborations and the nature of the project. She met Alex Cordo during the project “Switched-On Mozart” (in homage to Wendy Carlos) and proposed that they invent with him “Music 4 a While,” for which he writes the arrangements. On the occasion of Nuit Blanche 2026, she invites her percussion collaborator Richard Dubelski to join them for a dance-floor version of the project. The artists will perform the fixed hourly 30-minute sets of music ranging from the baroque to today, to dance through centuries of an assorted repertoire. During the breaks, young talents (including MAO students from the Conservatoire Darius Milhaud) will be invited to perform their electro creations, maintaining the link between scholarly music and contemporary music, under the guidance of seasoned composers like Kerwin Rolland.
On music by Mozart, Purcell, Pink Floyd, Haendel, Puccini, Rachmaninov, Britten, Joan Baez, Donizetti, Ravel, Fauré, the Beatles…
With Alex Cordo - guitarist; Richard Dubelski - percussionist; Eleonore Lemaire - soprano; and Vincent Lannuzel - sound engineer.

  • INSTITUTE LISZT – HUNGARIAN CULTURAL CENTER PARIS x PARIS’ 15TH ARRONDISSEMENT / CRUSHING DESTINY, RADICAL FRAGILITY
    Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

    Performance, Exhibition
Hungarian artist and performer Andi Kacziba will present one of her most intense and meaningful works, Crushing Destiny, inviting the audience into an emotional experience centered on the theme of “non-motherhood” and the marginalized role society assigns to women living this condition, beyond any rhetoric of apparent understanding.
During the performance, she lays out 500 emptied eggshells and fills them with gold on a white canvas, a number symbolically referencing the roughly 500 ovulations a woman's body can experience during its fertile life. Set to a rhythm driven by the hypnotic tempo of a metronome, the shells are gradually crushed, prompting reflection on biological time, vulnerability, and the temporality tied to the corporeal condition.
In the same space, the exhibition Fragilité Radicale is also presented, curated by Renata Bianconi. This project stands as a singular milestone in Andi Kacziba’s career: a retrospective bringing together a selection of performative and photographic works created over the years.

Crushing Destiny fully aligns with the trajectory of the show, serving as a living extension of the project. The exhibition is open on the day of the event, before and after the performance, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Andi Kacziba (born 1974 in Dunaújváros, Hungary) is an artist and performer. Her practice blends autobiographical elements with social critique, exploring issues surrounding female identity in contemporary society. Her research highlights the invisible mechanisms of social pressure as well as the psychological and structural forms of conditioning that shape perceptions of the body and the female role.
