Art on every corner, strolls, installations and other happenings... what more could you ask for?
And if you're in Seine-Saint-Denis, or just passing through, take the opportunity to take a look at the events planned for the occasion. Saint-Denis, Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, Montreuil, Noisy-le-Sec, Aubervilliers...
