Are you ready to welcome the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games? In a year's time, athletes and sports fans will descend from all over the world for the French and Parisian event of the decade, and you'll be able to enjoy it to the full, even without tickets! A number of venues are set to welcome French fans free of charge, allowing them to meet the French athletes, medal winners and otherwise. To congratulate those who have won gold, silver or bronze, head to Champions Park!
Thousands of French people will be able to gather together in this huge space on theTrocadero esplanade, between the Palais de Chaillot and the Eiffel Tower! The athletes will parade in a real crowd bath, the day after their exploits, just like when they returned from the Tokyo Games, but life-size. From July 29 to August 10, 2024 (except August 2 to 4), from 4pm to 11.30pm, Champions Park will be able to welcome nearly 15,000 people a day, free of charge.
Without replacing the medal ceremony, this special moment between the athletes and their public will be a real celebration. It will also be possible to watch the finals on the giant screens set up on the Trocadéro, so that everyone can vibrate together under the colors of France!
