Royal Film Club, the palatial cinema experience in Paris: this winter's program

Just imagine: combining the pleasure of watching a good movie with the comfort and refinement of a palace. Wouldn't that be cool? Well, that's what the Royal Monceau offers you. This Parisian palace, which happens to be a great lover of the arts, hides a not-so-well-kept secret: it has its own private screening room, the Kataracinema. A very comfortable room where press screenings are organized prior to the release of films.

The 99-seat theater boasts comfortable cream-colored leather armchairs in XXL format, designed by Philippe Starck, in which you're sure to fall head over heels in love. And yes, you don't have to be ahotel resident to enjoy it. Throughout winter 2023, the Royal Monceau welcomes the general public to the Royal Film Club.

The idea is to (re)discover the greatest hits of the 7th art with the welcome of a palace, and a glass of champagne. For its next event, on Sunday January 22, the Royal Film Club has chosen to screen a children's film, The Lion King (from 3.30pm), and a cult movie, Pulp Fiction (from 6pm). Each time, before the screening, enjoy the usherette's basket filled with delicacies signed Quentin Lechat, the establishment's pastry chef, accompanied by champagne and Homer Lobster snacks.

If you prefer sports, two screenings will be held to celebrate two exceptional events: on January 19, the Royal Monceau will broadcast the NBA Paris Game 2023. Cocktails start at 8pm, followed by the screening at 9pm. Another sporting event takes place on February 14, with a screening of the Champions League.
