Ciné Tarmac 2023: dates for the Musée de l'Air et de l'Espace summer open-air cinema

Summer in Paris is open-air cinema season! It's a tradition we love, and one we make a point of respecting whenever possible. For the third year running, the Musée de l'Air et de l' Espace is offering its Ciné Tarmac, an open-air cinema where you can watch a film projected... on an airplane! Comfortably installed on our deckchairs, facing a Boeing 747, we discover the greatest films of the 7th art linked to space and aviation.

For this new edition, the Musée du Bourget invites us to four exceptional screenings from July 7 to 9, 2023.

Ciné Tarmac kicks off at 6 p.m. with a variety of events and tours of the museum. Under a beautiful sunset, we enjoy a variety of activities to enchant our evening. In particular, it's an opportunity to discover thecurrentexhibition , as well as the museum's thematic guided tours.

As night falls, between 9 and 10 pm, the serious business begins... We settle into deckchairs on the tarmac, with our popcorn, to enjoy the film of the day, projected onto a Boeing 747 aircraft, no less! After an experience like this, you'll find that classic movie screens are a thing of the past.

Admission is free for under-26s and 16 euros for over-26s. In order to welcome visitors in the best possible way and ensure that everyone has a seat, it is no longer possible to buy tickets on site! You will need to reserve your seats in advance via the online ticketing service, which is due to open shortly.

Admission includes the film screening, access to the museum and all activities. And the icing on the cake: the museum offers a free shuttle bus at the end of the screening, so you can easily return to Gare du Nord.
