Filmed across the entire run of Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour, which sold out worldwide and drew more than 2.5 million fans, the movie invites viewers into a 3D immersion at the heart of Billie Eilish’s performances. Spanning multiple countries, the footage blends high‑voltage stagecraft with more intimate, behind-the-scenes moments from the tour.
According to the press kit, Billie Eilish signals a desire for an intimate approach: the project aims to capture the artist’s relationship with her audience, not just shoot a concert. James Cameron, for his part, highlights the 3D setup developed with Lightstorm Entertainment to deliver an experience designed specifically for the big screen. The film is presented by Paramount Pictures in partnership with Darkroom Records and Interscope Films.
Billie Eilish and James Cameron are both Oscar winners. The artist, whose discography has racked up more than 100 billion streams according to figures released by the studio, has notably won the Best Original Song Oscar twice.
