This new season brings together dix nouvelles queens, all competing to succeed the previous winners of the French edition. The program keeps its challenges around fashion, makeup, performance, comedy, singing and lip-sync, while introducing a new rule touted as one of the season’s twists.
The big new feature announced by France Télévisions is called the Golden Baguette. Each eliminated queen can pass it to another contestant before leaving the workshop. The recipient can then step in the following episode to save one of the three queens at risk, or save herself if she ends up at the bottom of the ranking.
