Following the success of the 2024 feature film "Rite Here Rite Now", Ghost returns to the big screen. This time, Tobias Forge, the frontman of the Swedish outfit, invites fans to mark their calendars for August 26, 2026, as a global run of screenings of "2 Big To Rig" kicks off.
A chance to revisit the band's latest world tour, during which phones were banned. The only footage from the tour was captured by professional cameras during the two sold-out shows in Mexico City last year.
With a runtime of 1h55, directed by Jim Parsons and Amir Juan Chamdin, and shot on 16mm film, the movie "Ghost: 2 Big To Rig" invites fans to relive the "Skeletour", at the heart of the Scandinavian band's live ritual.
At the end of August, audiences will be able to relive on the big screen some of Ghost's greatest hits, such as “Mary On A Cross”, “Dance Macabre”, “From the Pinnacle to the Pit”, “Year Zero” and “The Future Is a Foreign Land”. But the film "Ghost: 2 Big To Rig" will offer fans much more, as it will also reveal behind the scenes of the tour, from the rehearsals to the most intimate moments of the "Skeletour".
