The Pathé Île Seguin will officially open its doors on July 15, 2026 in Boulogne-Billancourt. Located within the Pointe des Arts, at the upstream end of Île Seguin, this new cinema will add to the cultural offerings being developed on a site undergoing a major transformation.
The complex will include eight Premium screens, including one IMAX cinema. Pathé also unveils state-of-the-art facilities, a Pathé Café, and a building integrated into the Pointe des Arts urban project.
Pathé Île Seguin is part of a broader project that brings together cultural venues, shops, restaurants, a hotel, offices and landscaped public spaces. This new district completes the redevelopment of Île Seguin, the former Renault factory site, a transformation underway for several years, notably with the opening of La Seine Musicale.
The cinema’s debut goes hand in hand with the reopening of the Daydé Bridge, dating from 1928. A symbol of the Renault era on the island and recently designated by the Île-de-France Region, it completes the five crossings of Île Seguin.
The Pointe des Arts architectural project is led by the firms RCR Arquitectes, Baumschlager Eberle Architekten and CALQ Architecture. The landscaping is designed by the landscape architect Michel Desvigne.
