The year 2025 has seen the release of numerous blockbuster films in cinemas! While we curated our own list of must-see movies that every film lover should catch on the big screen, this year, the UGC cinemas invite you, for the 17th time, to (re)discover a selection of 24 Essential UGC Films that defined 2025. This curated lineup will be screened again at UGC cinemas from January 14 to January 27, 2026, at the incredibly affordable price of just 5€ per ticket. Not too shabby, right?
As every year, the UGC Unmissable films are selected in partnership with the editorial teams of the Figaro Group. The aim of this heterogeneous selection is to reflect the diversity of French andinternational film production . UGC is committed to promoting this diversity throughout the year in its cinemas. Throughout the year, UGC cinemas select a wide range of films, from comedies to dramas, from mainstream to arthouse, and from blockbusters to auteur films.
For this year's edition, UGC is shaking things up with a lineup featuring 21 of the highest-rated films of the upcoming year, based on the UGC-certified score, now recognized as France’s premier audience rating. The program is further enriched with the Palme d’Or from the Cannes Film Festival 2025 and the UGC Favorite Award.



13 Days, 13 Nights, by Martin Bourboulon
