In 2022, over 170 films and series were shot in Paris. While the majority of these are French, filmmakers from all over the world are interested in the French capital, for its charm and the imagination it inspires in viewers. From Emily in Paris to John Wick 4 and Daryl Dixon, many of the world's biggest stars have set up shop in Paris while filming.
And it's understandable, given that Paris is such a cinematic character. Many cult films have put the capital in the foreground: Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain, Minuit à Paris, Before Sunset and many others.
