Each month starts with long-awaited anticipation for gamers, and for good reason: PlayStation console owners regularly get a tasty gift. Sony offers several games free for PlayStation Plus subscribers. A deal that has let players (re)discover titles such as RoboCop: Rogue City, Hollow Knight: Voidheart Edition, Stray, Diablo IV, Lies of P, or Call of Duty Black OPS IV, all offered at a moment in time by Sony to PS+ holders.
Last August, Sony treated both casual and hardcore gamers to Dying Light 2 Stay Human: Reloaded Edition (PS5, PS4), an open-world action-survival game that fuses zombies with parkour. We also checked out Big Walk (PS5), an online cooperative adventure centered on exploration, puzzles, and friendly communication. And to cap it off, a retro survival horror: Signalis (PS4), mixing exploration, puzzles, and science fiction.
And this month, what does PS Plus have in store? Back to school, vacations over... but no need to mope! To chase away the blues, Sony serves up four games in September 2026. This month, we’re playing Wobbly Life, a co-op open-world game packed with mini-games, secrets to uncover, and challenges. After that cute breather, the laughs are done: infiltrate occupied France and battle the Nazi armies in Sniper Elite: Resistance. For sports fans, Sony offers MLB The Show 26, the latest edition of the baseball sim on consoles. Finally, become a hero and end the Three Kingdoms war in Chained Echoes, a medieval fantasy RPG.
