Don't have a PS5 yet and want one? Good news: Sony has confirmed an increase in console stocks, at the beginning of 2023. Let's take stock!

Could this be the return of abundance for gamers? At the beginning of January 2023, Sony and Microsoft bosses were already saying that the shortage of electronic components was over, allowing the two companies to produce more next-generation consoles.

This January 30, 2023, Sony persists and signs: the PS5 consoles should now be much more accessible. In a live broadcast on Monday, January 30, the company announced an increase in console stocks: " To all our fans: thank you for your patience as we faced unprecedented demand for the PS5 in a complicated global environment. You should now be able to get PS5 consoles more easily from our retailers." In a blog post, Sony vice president Isabelle Tomatis adds that the French (among others) can go buy their PS5s on Sony's website now.

After more than two years of struggle, gamers could finally buy their PS5, without having to struggle with stocks too thin to meet all the demands.

In this same live, Sony paid tribute to its greatest games and its flagship licenses of the moment, such as God of War Ragnarök, Final Fantasy, Horizon Forbidden West, Marvel's Spider-Man, Gran Turismo... The plans have flown by quickly, giving us only a short glimpse of the games that await us soon on PS5.

So, now that the PS5 is within reach, what are we playing?
