Paris est Ludique, the great Parisian board game festival, returns from July 4 to 6, 2025. Head for the Pelouse de Reuilly in Paris's 12th arrondissement to enjoy this major open-air games fair, where you can discover the best board games and the latest innovations in the field!

Addicted to board games? The Festival Paris est Ludique, awaits you every year on the Pelouse de Reuilly to offer you its festival dedicated to board games and other playful novelties for enthusiasts to discover. This year's edition takes place on Friday, July 4, Saturday, July 5 and Sunday, July 6, 2025.

Every year, this festival brings together publishers, authors, associations and volunteers in one place, to introduce you to contemporary board games! In a friendly, open-air setting, dozens and dozens of game publishers (from major publishers such as Asmodee, Iello, Revensburger and Space Cowboys to smaller independents), associations and toy libraries from Paris and the Île-de-France region await us for a festival that sounds the start ofsummer!

Ambient games, strategy games, role-playing games, giant versions, games for kids, games for adults, new releases, prototype tests - there's something for everyone, on a 2-hectare site in the heart of Paris's 12th arrondissement.

Here's a video preview:

With over 15,000 visitors, the Paris est ludique festival usually takes over the Pelouse de Reuilly. A tree-lined, bucolic venue, in the open air... and in Paris. And while we await the program for the 2025 edition, let's take a trip back to the heart of the 2023 edition and reminisce about the good times...

Among the things you can usually find on the program:

  • The publishers' village: the majority of French-language publishers will be on hand to present their latest releases and classics. Major companies and self-publishers will be on hand to help you discover all kinds of games.

  • Espace jeux de demain: A place for discovery and exchange. Authors present their as yet unpublished games. It's a friendly space where players can chat with the authors - some famous, others to be - and enjoy discovering fresh new games.

  • All-you-can-eat games area: 500 games are on offer, and there are of course animators to help you choose, guide you and explain the rules.

  • Associations area: to make the most of the great outdoors and the first days of summer, associations will be playing exotic outdoor games (Mölkky, Kubb, quidditch, lightsaber...). There are also game libraries, players' clubs, Accessijeux (adapted games for the disabled)...

  • Game tournaments

  • Role-playing games, history games, miniature games, as well as a ring where you can go head-to-head in 40 very short games.

  • Stores: festival-goers can buy new and used games at publisher's prices from a number of boutique stands!

This year's line-up includes

  • A&G Éditions (Stand 95): continuous game demonstrations and book signings.

  • Argyx Games (Stand 16): demonstrations and signing of the Logos role-playing game on Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

  • Arkada Studio (Stand 45): preview of prototype Les Légendes des Mers, signing sessions with illustrator Logan Chaix, presence of author Ted Etienne.

  • Arthory (Stand 46): Rolling Dead book signing, tournaments at 5pm Saturday and Sunday, goodies to be won.

  • Atalia Jeux (Stand 23): discovery of the game Royal Society with author Éric Jumel, preview tests of Pas Touche! and Wool Street.

  • Big Moustache Games (Stand 39): signing sessions with author and illustrator Lenny throughout the festival.

At Paris est Ludique, there's always something going on: book signings, debates, improvisational theater, aperitif-meetings... all centred around games, of course.

The event's appeal also lies in its user-friendliness: for 10 euros for 3 days, and free for children under 8, you can try out games galore, with the pros teaching you the rules (the real rules) in just 2 minutes. The event runs from 2pm to 6pm on Friday, 10am to 8pm on Saturday and 10am to 6pm on Sunday. Enjoy the games!
