Following in the footsteps of Virgil Abloh and Sabine Marcelis, the kit furniture specialist now welcomes Gustaf Westman for a collaboration that promises to spice up your plates... and your interiors! The colorful, iconoclastic Swedish designer is back in form after a successful pop-up last June during Paris Fashion Week. A star of social networks, he is the darling of design aficionados and the younger generation alike.
True to form, Gustaf Westman dusts off the classics with humor and a pinch of gentle madness. His style? Crazy, ultra-colorful, with eye-catching pieces: the "Chunky" line and, more recently, the bubblegum-style port-baguette are the perfect ambassadors. With this collaboration, the Scandinavian brand aims to shake up codes and seduce new audiences, without skimping on functionality and fun.
The first teaser for this colorful collection: a blue porcelain plate designed to serve the meatball, the undisputed star of Swedish cuisine andIKEA's house symbol. "I love creating objects with a precise function - it adds a touch of humor and makes them immediately understandable," confides Gustaf Westman.
Available only online from October 1, 2025, the 12-piece collection promises to liven up your everyday moments and Christmas celebrations with a healthy dose of colorful whimsy! One thing's for sure ... these creations will fly off the shelves faster than a dumpling on a plate!
