Comic book lovers, the Chaville Comic Book Festival in Hauts-de-Seine is back for its ninth edition on the weekend of November 29 and 30, 2025. Cartoons, comics, manga, graphic novels, and other bubbles await young and old alike for two days at the Jean Jaurès sports complex, with book signings, meetings with authors and illustrators, and activities accessible to all.
This year, Paolo Deplano's heroic fantasy series, "Les Terres d'Arran," will be featured during the fair, giving you the opportunity to encounter elves and goblins between two booths. This festival, organized by the media library in partnership with the BD'Essonne association, plunges you into the heart of the imagination. More than 30 authors and illustrators will be present, including Romain Pujol, illustrator of the Rabbids.
You can have your favorite albums signed, but also take part in creative workshops, a large collective fresco on the theme of sustainable cities in comics, and numerous free and open-access activities, not to mention exhibitions to enjoy with the whole family.
