Drawing Salon 2026: The premier art event making a comeback this week at Palais Brongniart

Approximately forty exhibitors, including numerous international galleries, are expected at the Palais Brongniart for the 34th edition of the Drawing Fair. This year, the event's guest of honor is the André Malraux Museum of Modern Art in Le Havre, a cultural institution renowned for its impressive collections of Impressionist and Fauvist artworks.

The fair also hosts the 19th edition of the International Drawing Encounters. For this year’s edition, the theme centers on: "The Materiality of Drawing: Supports, Materials, Tools, Techniques, and Preservation." Over two days, on March 25 and 26, a range of experts and stakeholders will gather to discuss this artistic form across different eras and regions.

As you explore the fair, you'll also have the chance to experience solo exhibitions by featured artists, participate in a children’s drawing contest, or browse a stand dedicated to anonymous artwork, adding an element of mystery to your collection... This event is designed to appeal to everyone, offering something for all visitors.
