Fans of barbecued meats will have no idea where to turn during the 3 days of Barbecue Expo 2025: 200 exhibitors present the different types of barbecues available, as well as all the accessories, ingredients and condiments needed to make a success of your BBQ recipes.
While in France, barbecue is synonymous with summer meals, in the USA and Canada, BBQs are part of North American gastronomy all year round, whether in summer or winter, for savoury or sweet dishes, for cooking meat or vegetables. And yes, the barbecue isn't just for meat lovers - it can also be adapted to vegetarian diets!
In addition to barbecues, exhibitors will be showcasing planchas, smokers, braziers and ovens, and are also planning a whole host of entertainment throughout the event, including chef-led cooking shows, concerts, competitions and even, for the bravest among you, a hot sauce championship.
