For three days, during the Pentecost weekend, go to China, at the Grande Pagode de Vincennes. From May 27 to 29, 2023, the festival"Les Temps du Corps" celebrates its 30th anniversary and proposes for the occasion workshops of practice of Qi Gong, demonstrations as well as conferences, to know more about Chinese medicine and culture. In this peaceful and spiritual place, in the east of Paris, you can take advantage of Master Ke Wen's knowledge to learn the movements of this discipline in the open air .
What is Qi Gong? It is a method that allows a good circulation of energy in the meridians, in connection with the organs and energy reservoirs, the development of perception and awareness of the body. A practice that has similar benefits to yoga, for example, using five general movements: up, down, open, close, join.
In the different spaces of the Pagoda, shows and exhibitions are proposed. Photographs representing the emblematic places of Chinese medicine will allow visitors to immerse themselves in China, betweenthe Wudang Mountains and the Jiuhua Shan Mountain , cradles of Taoismand Buddhism, or the National Center of Medical Qi Gong of Beidaihe. An artistic and lively installation composed of dancers, musicians, jugglers, comedians and poets, will propose scenes inspired by the relationship to the landscape and to others.
