One of the specialties, Dan Dan noodles, attracts with the tender texture of the noodles and the spicy flavor of the sauce, which instantly awakens your taste buds. The first TrantranZai restaurant opened in 2019 at 3 Rue de l'École Polytechnique in the Latin Quarter. The warm atmosphere is enhanced by a large mural depicting traditional dishes from Sichuan and Chongqing.

The second restaurant, opening in 2021, is located at 94 Rue Saint-Denis, a stone's throw from Les Halles. Here, the decor is reminiscent of a lively, colorful street, typical of the neighborhoods where the chefs grew up.

Finally, the last restaurant, opening in 2022, is located at 47 Boulevard du Montparnasse. In the dining room, neon lights and illuminated signs recall the unique charm of Chinese night markets, a fusion of Chinese tradition and modernity!
