Like last year, the Canopée des Halles is set to vibrate to the sound of hip-hop and basketballs on Parisian playgrounds! The free Playin'Paris event, organized by the cultural center La Place, is back for a fourth edition, mixing sport and music on June 6 and 7, 2025. On the program: showcases, 3x3 basketball matches and an international DJ contest right in the heart of the capital!
Qualifying tournaments for 3×3 basketball took place on Paris playgrounds, and for the final phase at Les Halles on June 7, international teams and wild-cards from the Paris region are invited, alongside the best men's and women's teams who competed in the tournament. Basketball matches in the Halles are free to attend!
On Friday June 6 at 7.30pm, facing a panel of professional judges and a passionate audience, the 6 international DJs handpicked to take part in this edition of the DJ Contest will also have to deliver their best sets in a bid for victory in an explosive live battle. An evening hosted by Dirty Swift and DJ Stresh, with the participation of artists such as Crazy B, T-Sia, and Rony. Count on 13 euros to attend and support your favorite contestants!
For even more music, showcases will punctuate the event with hip-hop and rap artists, including Dakeez and Denden, on June 7 at 7pm, free of charge!
