Jymp is a contraction of JUMP and GYM. A mix between skipping rope and muscle strengthening. On the program: getting to grips with the rope and warming up, before starting a choreography (simple jumps, boxer style...) then accelerating to get the cardio going!
On the program: simple, effective techniques for managing fear in the event of aggression, keeping your distance and taking cover, and how to react to a seizure.
