La Foulée Royale 2025: races for the whole family at the Château de Saint-Germain-en-Laye (78)

The Foulée Royale is back for an epic 44th edition! On Sunday, June 1, 2025, join this not-to-be-missed foot race in the Parc du Château de Saint-Germain-en-Laye (78), and experience an adrenalin-filled day in a historic setting. The event features a hike and runs for the whole family, from 1.5km, 5km and 10km, so whether you're an occasional runner or a seasoned athlete, there's bound to be a course just right for you!

Races on the program:

• Children's 1.5km race: start at 11:30am (born between 2011 and 2014)
• 5km race: start at 9:00am (born < 2010)
• 10km race (2 loops of 5km): start at 10:00 am (born < 2008)
• Nordic Walking 5km: start 9:05am

Then it's off down the picturesque paths, past the flower-filled gardens and across part of the majestic terrace designed by Le Nôtre, overlooking the Seine and the rooftops of Paris. The tour then continues through the national forest, before ending at the foot of the magnificent Château de Saint-Germain-en-Laye, ancestral home of the kings of France, now home to the Musée d'Archéologie nationale.
