The French prodigy is back in the pools at the 2025 World Swimming Championships in Singapore, already with a world championship title and a broken record. Find out when to follow his next races.

After an unforgettable Olympic Games in Paris, French swimmers returned to the pool this week for the World Swimming Championships in Singapore. And our very own Léon Marchand, almost a national hero after his exceptional performances last year, has not failed to make new waves. On Thursday, he won the 200 m 4-swim final, his sixth world title, just 24 hours after breaking the world record in the semi-finals.

And it's far from over, as there are still a few races left where he could continue to shine, before we see him again at the European Championships in 2026, once again on home soil. Yohann Ndoye Brouard took bronze in the 200m and 100m backstroke, while Maxime Grousset claimed gold in the men's 50m butterfly.

To continue following the competition, tune in to France 3 from 1pm.
