Fancy a dip in the Seine-et-Marne department? Then head for the town of Melun, where a beautiful municipal swimming pool is open to the public all year round.
On site, you'll discover a number of pools, both indoor and outdoor: the Olympic pool, open all year round for swimming laps, and the indoor pools, up to 25 meters long.
Please note that in summer, the indoor pools are not open, while in winter, the outdoor pool remains open as long as the outside air temperature is above 0°. Wearing a cap is compulsory at the pool, except during the summer vacations, when only boxer shorts and swimming trunks are allowed in the pools.
Admission is €4 to €5.50 per adult and €3 to €4 per child, although annual passes and books of 10 tickets are also available at lower prices. So, are you ready for a splash around Melun?
