The Orsay swimming pool, the place to swim laps on the Saclay plateau

The town of Orsay, in the Essonne department, doesn't just have a municipal swimming pool: it's actually a water sports stadium, with various pools, including one of Olympic length, to enable everyone to swim.

With an Olympic-size outdoor pool (heated), indoor pools for swimming and group lessons, as well as play pools and a paddling pool for younger children, the Orsay swimming pool offers something for everyone, children and adults, splashers and athletes alike. A little extra: in addition to the pools, there's a green area dedicated to relaxation and outdoor beaches in fine weather.

• a 50 x 20 m heated outdoor pool
• a 25 x 12.5 m indoor pool
• a 15 x 12.5 m indoor leisure pool for games and relaxation
• outdoor beaches
• an outdoor paddling pool for toddlers (accompanied by their parents)
• a green relaxation area
