Octobre Rose 2025: Les Foulées Roses, a 5km solidarity run/walk in Montesson (78)

Ready to pull on your sneakers for the cause? On Sunday, October 12, 2025, the town of Montesson, in the Yvelines region (78), will be the starting point for the 2nd edition of Les Foulées Roses, aPink October event where every stride counts in the fight against breast cancer.

On the finishing line: a 5 km run/walk organized hand in hand by Les Foulées de Montesson, Cœurs de Roses and the town of Montesson. And because running alone is fine, but running in solidarity is better,all profits will be donated to the Institut Gustave Roussy, a European leader in cancer research and treatment.

The course consists of two 2.5 km loops. Departure at 10 a.m. from Parc des Sophoras, then on to the cemetery, the Pablo Picasso sports center, the Jean Moulin school and Hôtel de Ville, before returning to the starting point.
Registration is compulsory and costs €15, including a free T-shirt, so you can proudly show your colors!

Behind the stride lies an essential message: 1 in 8 women is at risk of developing breast cancer in her lifetime. Walking or running on that day transforms a collective effort into a symbolic and concrete step forward.
