National Monuments are getting active and invite you to join in on May 30 and 31, 2026, for a weekend of wellness and sport in some of the most stunning historic sites. From mini-golf to yoga, fencing, and scenic hikes through castles and historic buildings across Paris and Île-de-France, it’s a unique opportunity to combine culture, history, and fitness like never before! The French Canoe-Kayak Federation canoe-kayak is setting up in the park to offer demonstrations of sport in virtual reality or on machines. A fresh, original way to feel the thrill of the paddle without getting wet! The little ones won’t be left out, with a dedicated "aquaplay" circuit. For those who prefer to stay on dry land, a fun hike designed by IGN lets families roam the grounds freely, turning the stroll into a real treasure hunt.

The afternoon takes a calmer turn with a sophro-walk at 2:30 PM. Guided by two sophrologists, this mindful stroll through the park’s woods invites slowing down and breathing. The experience ends with a sound relaxation session with the Tibetan bowls, laid out outdoors for a total vibrational immersion. To close the day, the string trio of the National Orchestra of Île-de-France presents a lively and joyful concert revisiting stadium and film music.

Unlike the free sports and hiking options, the workshop and the concert cost 20 euros and require a reservation. Additionally, to fully enjoy the moment, you’ll need to bring your own equipment. Finally, keep an eye on the weather: the schedule is highly weather-dependent and may be altered in case of showers, which would be a pity for a relaxation session on the grass!
