The capital is set to roar to life once more for sport as the 2026 FIFA World Cup arrives this summer! In addition to the fan zone along the Seine, another site will take over from June 13 to July 19 in the heart of the Parc de la Villette, at the foot of the Géode in Paris. The lineup includes live screenings of a large number of matches, as well as sports and creative activities throughout the tournament, so the whole family can feel the buzz together!
Spread over more than 1,800 square meters and able to welcome up to 2,000 people per day, this fan zone open to all will host supporters on its pitch, turning La Villette into a giant playground thanks to free activities. From 12:00 to 21:00, you can catch live or replayed match broadcasts, with extending hours until 23:00 for France matches, the semi-finals and the final.
On site, families and friends can also dive into the world of football, with a giant four-meter-high replica of the official FIFA World Cup trophy built from bricks! Construction and activity zones, guided by facilitators and open to ages six and up, invite you to handle the iconic colorful bricks, along with football-themed activities: a precision shooting game and 5-a-side matches.
You'll find food trucks ready to refuel you with a snacking offer, but no alcohol, as the fan zone remains family-friendly. Important note: the free reservation isn’t mandatory, but it is strongly recommended for quicker entry and to ensure access to the various animations. In addition, on certain days the fan zone may open even when there aren’t any matches on.
