Caviar, an unaffordable ingredient? Not at all, Prunier proudly answers as they are specialized in caviar since 1918 in France with their Street Caviar by Prunier counter about to open in La Samaritaine.
In their Café Prunier restaurants working really well near Madeleine and Victor Hugo, Prunier already bet on serving caviar-based sandwiches coming in 5 recipes. This risk-taking aims at making caviar more accessible and targets young people to know more about this very special sturgeon egg, and goes a step further with Street Caviar, with a caviar burger, caviar-based grilled cheese sandwiches, and caviar pita breads. These street food dishes are available between €12 and €15 to meet a new and young clientele to bust the myth as well.
Of course, Street Caviar by Prunier will also serve more “classic” dishes such as oeuf parfait and caviar quenelle for €19, mixed salads and caviar boxes, the Street Caviar for €25 for 15gr, or the Caviar Samaritaine for €75 for 30gr. The entire menu can be enjoyed on site, in the Rivoli area, where high tables expect you, or enjoyed on takeout!
