Run or walk for two!
Two formats are on offer to accommodate a wide variety of participants: a 4km walk for all, and an 8km run for those over 16. There will also be a collective warm-up at 10 a.m. for all those who wish to take part, before the walk and run start at 10.30 a.m.
A course accessible to all!
Two formats are proposed to accommodate a wide variety of participants: a timed 7km run and a 3.5km walk.
The course will be particularly flat, taking place along the Canal de l'Ourcq in the 19th arrondissement of Paris. All kinds of pairs can be formed: a parent and a child, a person with a motor or visual disability and an able-bodied person, friends, young and old, neighbors... Numerous surprises will be distributed along the route to encourage and motivate brave participants to keep going right to the end!
Mobility events
A "solidarity village" will be set up on Place de la Bataille de Stalingrad, where the stands of the event's partners will be on hand to offer a wide range of activities and information on mobility for senior citizens.
There will also be a collective warm-up at 10 a.m. for all those wishing to take part, before starting the walk at 10.30 a.m. or the run at 11 a.m.
Practical info:
The race is open to all: pairs can be formed freely, between able-bodied and disabled, young and old, etc.
The course is an easy loop (Distances: 7km run / 3.5km walk).
A medical certificate is required for the run, but not for the walk.
Parental consent is required for minors.
