Bees in Paris? Yes, despite the surge in wasps, they’re still around, especially near the hives that have been set up for them in the capital’s green spaces. Parc André Citroën also hosts them, in the 15th arrondissement! The BeeApiParis association is offering a guided tour up close to the bees this Saturday, April 11, 2026, followed by a sale of this Parisian honey.
All afternoon, you’ll discover how apiaries work, how bee colonies organize themselves, and, above all, how honey is produced. Then it’s tasting time! You’ll Have the chance to sample the honey from parc André Citroën and, if you feel like it, to take some home. Meet at 3 p.m. on the central lawn for this free, no-booking-needed stroll, following the volunteers from the association who care for the hives.
If the weather’s fine, make the most of this exceptional visit by packing a picnic and settling down in the park. With its famous balloon (you can ride it!), it’s one of the capital’s largest green spaces to visit with family or friends on sunny days.
