Remember, Mercury Rev were supposed to take over the Alhambra stage in November 2015. But following the tragic Paris attacks, the show had to be cancelled.
This year, the American rock band Mercury Rev are combing back to Paris with for a new show scheduled on Tuesday September 25, 2018 at the Alhambra, in the 10th arrondissement of the French capital.
Let’s recall that the band, rolling since 1989, has produced many singles in the 1990’s such as “Car Wash Hair”, “If You Want Me To Stay” and even “The Hum is Coming From Her”.
If Mercury Rev haven’t meet a great success, it’s still an underground band you should discover or rediscover. To do so, meet on September 25 at Paris Alhambra for a music night that sounds already exclusive.
And for good reason, for this new tour, Mercury Rev will celebrate the 20th anniversary of their album “Deserter’s Songs” as they should and perform the whole opus.
