With their razor-sharp riffs and the angry voice of charismatic frontman Joe Talbot, it didn't take long for IDLES to win over the ears of post-punk fans straight from the UK. In spring 2024, the Bristol-based band plans to hit the road again, stopping off in no fewer than 17 cities, including Porto, Milan, Amsterdam, Prague, Berlin, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Munich. In France, Joe Talbot and his merry band have announced a unique concert in Paris, with a not-to-be-missed show on Thursday March 7, 2024 at the Zénith de La Villette, a venue IDLES has never before played in the capital.
This grand premiere will be an opportunity for the British band to honor their most powerful tracks, notably taken from"Brutalism" in 2017,"Joy as an Act of Resistance" in 2018,"Ultra Mono" in 2020 and finally"Crawler" in 2021.
Anyone who's ever been to an IDLES concert will know that the band are the type to get their shirts wet and put on a show. Some of you may remember their performances at the Elysée Montmartre in Paris in 2022, or at Rock en Seine in the same year.
