American rap takes over Europe's largest indoor venue! This Sunday, July 13, 2025, the Paris La Défense Arena opens its doors once again to the legendary 50 Cent for a one-off show that's sure to take you back in time. It has to be said that 50 Cent is a benchmark in the East Coast rap scene!
With a dozen albums to his credit, the American rapper from Queens, New York, left his mark on an entire generation, mainly in the early 2000s, with the album"Power of the Dollar", followed by the excellent"Get Rich or Die Tryin'" in 2003, featuring the hits"In da Club","21 Questions" and"P.I.M.P.". Hits that 50 Cent could well perform on July 13 on the huge stage of the Paris La Défense Arena, 18 months after his concert in the same venue in Hauts-de-Seine. For the impatient, the Paris La Défense Arena will open its doors to the general public at 6pm, with the opening act scheduled for 7pm. The show kicks off at 8pm.
Please note that Paris La Défense Arena recommends that spectators arrive as early as 5:00 pm.
Another piece of information, and not the least, concerns transport to and from the venue. In view of the large crowds expected, the venue recommends that spectators use public transport to get to and from the Paris La Défense Arena.
As a reminder, you can take metro line 1 (La Défense stop), RER A (La Défense stop or Nanterre-Préfecture stop), RER E (Nanterre-la-Folie or La Défense Grande Arche stop) or tramway T2 (La Défense stop), as well as Transilien lines L and U ( La Défense stop).

Please note that Paris La Défense Arena has several different entrances, depending on your place in the hall. Therefore, " the colored access indicated on your ticket (yellow, red or purple) helps you to find your way around, but does not represent a compulsory passage point for screening ", as the Paris La Défense Arena points out, and advises you to go directly to the entrances indicated below:
On its website,Paris La Défense Arena sets out the list of prohibited items at concerts, " in accordance with legislation governing establishments open to the public ". Forbidden are "all dangerous and illicit objects that are bulky, that could be used as projectiles and that could be a danger to spectators, visitors or artists, or that could be diverted from their intended use for malicious purposes ", such as bags weighing more than 10 liters, all containers and receptacles, including metal or glass water bottles, as well as helmets, alcoholic beverages, any object on wheels (skateboards, rollerblades, etc.), unauthorized cameras and cameras, and even theuse of any other object..), unauthorized cameras, non-retractable umbrellas and posters larger than A3.
On the other hand, small handbags (less than 10 liters), computers and tablets up to 15 inches in size, and retractable umbrellas are authorized. Also, in view of the hot weather forecast for Sunday, the Paris venue is inviting spectators to bring their own equipment, in particular caps and small fans, which are authorized for the occasion, as there is no shaded area outside. Once the concert is over, we recommend that you return to Paris via La Défense station (Line 1 / RER A).
For all other directions, go to La Défense station for the Transilien L line. " If you're taking public transport to Saint-Germain-en-Laye, Cergy and Poissy, you can get to Nanterre Préfecture station and take the RER A," adds Paris La Défense Arena.
