After the Chedid family, reunited around Louis, Matthieu, Joseph and Anna Chedid, or the"Dutronc & Dutronc" tour, bringing together father Jacques and son Thomas, now it's time for the Souchon family. Alain and his two sons, Pierre and Charles, better known by their stage name of Ours, have decided to hit the road together, giving a series of concerts across France this year. The family tour kicks off on May 7, 2024 at Le Vésinet, in the Yvelines region, before taking in Amiens, Arras, Rennes, Saint-Brieuc, Montpellier, Saint-Étienne, Le Mans, Le Havre, Strasbourg, Nantes and Grenoble.
In Paris, Alain Souchon and his two sons will be performing a series of four concerts at the Casino de Paris from Wednesday November 13 to Saturday November 16, 2024. Please note that tickets are already available!
Alain Souchon was speaking to RTL about this great news and this original tour, entitled"Alain Souchon accompagné par Ours & Pierre Souchon". Also on RTL, Alain Souchon confided that the idea came to him following a doctor's appointment." It'swritten on the prescription," he explained humorously.
So, what can we expect on this family tour? This series of concerts in France and Paris will be an opportunity for Alain, Charles and Pierre to play and sing some of the singer's best-known songs from " Foule sentimentale ". But that's not all. Alain Souchon's sons have indicated that their father's repertoire will be revisited " in a very stripped-down way, as if we were in a living room ".
