Last night, Monday April 8, the musical revelation of the year, Zaho de Sagazan, set the Sub Pigalle alight for an exclusive Europe 2 concert reserved for the luckiest fans. We were there, and we tell you all about it!

Who hasn't heard of the Zaho de Sagazan phenomenon? Winner of 4 awards at the latest Victoires de la Musique, a phenomenal Zenith tour and a platinum-selling debut album in just over a year, the 24-year-old singer-songwriter has made a huge impression.

A few weeks after applauding her at a packed Zénith de Paris, the Sub Pigalle will be the venue for a much more intimate, but no less frenzied, performance this Monday evening! In the room, a few hundred lucky fans, ready to get up close and personal with the artist.

The evening kicks off at 8.30pm, with the arrival on stage of Solann, a promising young singer with a crystal-clear voice, who already opened for Zaho de Sagazan on March 13 at Le Zénith in Paris. Accompanied by a ukulele, Solann blends the sweetness of her voice with electro rhythms, and has us spellbound from her very first track. For almost half an hour, she plunges us into her magnetic universe through a few tracks ("Rome", "Crash"...) taken from her first EP"Monstrueuse", released on January 19. An artist to follow closely, she will be in concert at La Cigale on June 19.

It's 9pm. Zaho de Sagazan takes her turn on stage, accompanied by two of her faithful acolytes: Rémi and Tom.

Boosted to the max in her iconic black short-suit, Zaho sets the tone: "It's going to be a short but intense evening, so we're going to have to get straight into the mood! And just in time, the audience is ready to live this special moment to the full!

She opens the show with the intoxicating"Aspiration", then continues with"Mon inconnu" (admitting in passing that she "falls easily in love") and"Les Dormantes". Time then stands still as she takes her place behind the piano to deliver the magnificent"Dis-moi que tu m'aimes"...

She then follows this up with the moving and magnetic"Tristesse" and"Symphonie des éclairs", the eponymous track from her album, which the audience sing along to: "il fait toujours beau, au-dessus des nuages...".

Time flies. We're hot, we scream, we sing along with Zaho on"Ne te regarde pas", before the fiery singer calls out to the crowd for the final moments of the show: it's now time to dance, imagining "being in a full room where nobody sees us". All that was needed was this invitation for the audience to let loose for good, on totally hypnotic electro beats!

The concert comes to a close with a climactic finale. It's time for the audience to go home, all dishevelled from this timeless moment. Thank you, Zaho!
